About the role: RoleKunya is building an all-in-one AI platform: chat, images, video, voice, workspaces, and agents. We're looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer who can build fast, think clearly, and own meaningful parts of the product from idea to production. This role is based in San Francisco with a hybrid setup. You'll work closely with a small team building AI-native software for people who want more leverage, more speed, and better tools.
What you'll do:
  • Build and ship high-impact features across frontend, backend, APIs, and internal systems* Work closely with product and design to create intuitive experiences around powerful AI capabilities* Improve performance, quality, and reliability in core user journeys* Help design systems that support rapid product iteration without collapsing under complexity* Contribute across chat, media, voice, workspace, and agent-oriented product areas* Help raise the engineering bar through strong execution and technical judgment

What we're looking for:
  • 5+ years of experience building and shipping production software* Strong fullstack experience across modern frontend applications and backend services* Strong product instincts and ability to work from first principles* Experience with APIs, databases, production debugging, and system design* Ability to thrive in ambiguity and turn rough direction into shipped outcomes* Strong communication and collaborative habits
