Reliability Engineer

What you’ll do: Improve equipment reliability, OEE, uptime, and overall production performance Lead Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and develop long-term solutions to recurring equipment issues Develop and optimize Preventive & Predictive Maintenance and TPM programs Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, automation, and controls-related issues Lead capital and engineering projects from concept through completion Analyze maintenance and production data to identify improvement opportunities Establish and track reliability and maintenance KPIsSupport and provide technical leadership to maintenance teams Drive continuous improvement initiatives and new technology implementation

What we’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field 7+ years of reliability/maintenance experience within a high-volume production environment Strong reliability, RCFA, and equipment troubleshooting experience Capital project management experience Team/people management experience Familiarity with PLCs, automation, controls, instrumentation, AutoCAD, etc. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. Our client is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment Visas at this time.
