Construction Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Administer and track project submittals, ensuring proper documentation and timely processing Log, distribute, and track RFIs through resolution Maintain and update the Carpentry Jobs List and related records Verify conformance of job lists with approved plans, schedules, and documentation Create and update production schedules using established templates Maintain production master schedules and update key dates Enter project budgets into the ERP system Process and post change orders into the ERP system Assist with project billing support and documentation Support Accounts Payable activities, including invoice tracking and data entry Maintain organized digital project files and records Qualifications (Preferred)Experience in construction administration, project coordination, or office support Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Proficiency with spreadsheets, scheduling tools, and ERP systems Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in an office environment Clear written and verbal communication skills Proficient with tools like Procore, Bluebeam, and Fieldwire Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function / Industry Management and Manufacturing Construction
