Job Description: Registered Nurse (RN)

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing high-quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans. This role involves collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes within a clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document care accurately. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention. Monitor patient progress and intervene as necessary according to established protocols. Maintain infection control standards and adhere to safety protocols. Participate in interdisciplinary team discussions regarding patient care.

Qualifications: Must hold a current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. Previous clinical experience in a relevant nursing field is preferred. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Other Requirements: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. Ability to respond to emergencies and adapt to changing situations. Current CPR certification is required.
