Job Overview:
A law firm seeks a Briefing/Research Attorney in San Antonio, TX, to support trial attorneys in preparing and developing personal injury cases. This role offers an excellent opportunity to enhance litigation skills in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
Duties:
Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery documents.
Conduct legal research and prepare trial materials.
Assist in deposition and trial preparation.
Learn strategies for plaintiff-side personal injury litigation.
Requirements:
JD, licensed and in good standing in Texas.
0-3 years of personal injury experience.
Excellent legal writing and research skills.
Valid TX driver's license; good driving record.
Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications:
Licensed to practice law in Texas.
Skills Strong legal writing and research abilities.
Effective communication and organizational skills.
