Project Manager/Estimator

Responsibilities: Prepare accurate takeoffs and cost estimates from plans and specifications Review architectural drawings, bid documents, and project requirements Manage commercial glass projects from award through closeout Coordinate with contractors, vendors, fabrication, and installation teams Track project schedules, budgets, submittals, and change orders Attend project meetings and maintain strong client relationships Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Qualifications: Experience in project management Knowledge of storefront, curtainwall, doors, hardware, and glazing systems (preferred)Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications Strong organizational and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools Valid driver’s license
