AI & Engineering/EaaS - DevOps Engineer III Work you'll doDesigning, implementing, and supporting DevOps pipelines, infrastructure automation, and continuous integration and continuous deployment practices across client environments Collaborating with client and Deloitte teams to assess current-state engineering processes and define target-state DevOps operating models, tooling, and workflows Building and maintaining cloud infrastructure, platform services, and deployment automation using infrastructure as code and configuration management tools Monitoring application and platform performance, identifying issues, and implementing improvements to reliability, scalability, security, and release quality Contributing to project deliverables, technical documentation, environment standards, and implementation plans while supporting client-facing discussions and delivery milestones A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team Effective written and verbal communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product Ability to build and sustain professional relationships Ability to lead projects or workstreams Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor Ability to meet deadlines Ability to provide clear guidance to others QualificationsRequired: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline 6+ years of experience with DevOps engineering, platform engineering, site reliability engineering, or infrastructure automation 6+ years of experience with at least one major cloud platform, such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform 4+ years of experience building and maintaining continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines 4+ years of experience using infrastructure as code tools, such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Azure Resource Manager 4+ years of experience with container platforms and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
