Full-Time Sales Associate — Carpets of America, Logan, UTNo nights. No Sundays. A predictable schedule you can plan a life around. Carpets of America is looking for someone to join our team and grow with us. This is a full-time position with room to build a real career. We'll train you from the ground up, and there's a clear path forward for people who want one. The Schedule Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm. If you'd rather, you can swap one weekday for Saturday, 10am–4pm. Your evenings and Sundays are yours. Pay[TBD] per hour. Raises are tied to clear milestones — learning benchmarks, performance goals, and taking on new responsibilities. You'll always know what you're working toward and what it's worth.
What You'll Do:
· Guide customers through the full process, from their first walk-in to final payment· Handle and route phone calls, emails, mail, and text messages· Keep the showroom clean, organized, and presentable· Maintain current pricing on all showroom samples· Other duties as assigned What You'll Learn No flooring experience required. We'll teach you:· Flooring product knowledge· QFloors project management software· Measure Square 8· Microsoft Office Suite Where This Can GoAssociates who stay with us have a path into estimating, project management, and working directly with contractors and builders.
