Attorney Contract Analyst

Key responsibilities: Draft and review contracts across multiple agreement types Negotiate client-preferred terms in alignment with established guidelines Perform quality checks on contracts and maintain accurate records of work performed

Required qualifications: Attorney or JD-qualified with 2+ years of experience in contract drafting and negotiation Strong ability to interpret and analyze complex contractual language Proficiency in MS Word and familiarity with contract redlining platforms/tools Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
