Gastroenterology Registered Nurse

Provide pre-operative and post-anesthesia care for patients at a busy, multispecialty surgery center in South Denver. This six-week contract is full-time, with 8- or 10-hour shifts and no weekends or holidays. The role requires recent GI nursing experience and the ability to work independently with minimal orientation. Provide pre-operative nursing care to patients. Provide post-anesthesia care in the PACU. Assess patients and monitor their condition throughout care. Deliver care across multiple surgical specialties. Manage patient care independently with minimal orientation. Communicate and coordinate with the care team.
