Quoter/Buyer

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage customer quotes, including material pricing and cost analysis Source materials, components, and services from approved suppliers Request and evaluate supplier quotations, lead times, and pricing Issue purchase orders and manage supplier communications Support cost reduction and supplier negotiation initiatives Maintain accurate purchasing and quoting data within ERP systems Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support customer and production needs Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and material availability Assist with inventory, forecasting, and supply chain planning activities as needed Qualifications /

Requirements: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred Prior experience in purchasing, quoting, procurement, or supply chain environments preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Experience in manufacturing or electronics environments is a plus
