Provide daily, research-based phonics instruction in small group and one-on-one settings. Use diagnostic assessments to determine student reading levels and pinpoint specific learning needs. Develop and implement structured literacy interventions tailored to individual student data, with the aim of bringing students up to grade level. Share student performance data with school teams and contribute to discussions regarding academic progress. Track and document student growth consistently, making instructional adjustments as needed. Work closely with classroom teachers, special education staff, and other support personnel to ensure interventions align with core classroom instruction. Applicants must have at least 48 college hours or a passing score on the Para Pro exam.
