As a Front Desk Security Professional at a financial institution, you will serve as a welcoming, professional presence for visitors and employees. You will support access control, monitor entry activity, communicate clearly, respond to security-related concerns, and help maintain an orderly environment. What You'll Do: Provide a professional front-desk presence for visitors, employees, and contractors at a financial institution, following site-specific procedures and access-control requirements. Greet visitors, verify identification and appointments, issue visitor credentials, and direct guests in accordance with established policies. Monitor entry activity, maintain visitor logs and required documentation, and communicate access-related concerns to appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures and notifying designated contacts. Provide customer service to clients and visitors while supporting a welcoming, orderly, and security-related environment.

Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
