Remote ECE Literacy Lead & Teacher Development Coach

Spring Education Group is seeking an Early Childhood Education Manager to support its IK12 Division. This remote role will work with the IK12 Education Team, report to the Senior Director, and serve as the division’s principal early childhood literacy expert. Responsibilities include leading literacy initiatives, updating phonics resources, delivering professional development for teachers and school leaders, and coordinating a cadre of IMTs as the Academic Pre-K program launches in 2026–27.
