Licensed Therapist LCSW LMHC LMFT PRN W2

Position Summary: The therapist will provide psychotherapy and counseling for adults (and, if trained and credentialed, for children and adolescents – not mandatory). This is a flexible, PRN role where clinicians focus on patient care while Noir Well Health manages all the back-office support.

Responsibilities: Provide individual and family psychotherapy sessions. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with medical and wellness providers as part of an interdisciplinary team. Participate in treatment planning and provide referrals when appropriate. Deliver services in accordance with legal, professional, and ethical standards.

Qualifications: Current New York State license as LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT (required). Experience providing psychotherapy to adults; experience with children/adolescents a plus but not required. Strong communication, clinical judgment, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Schedule & CompensationPRN (as needed) – flexible scheduling based on patient demand.

Compensation: $35–$38/hour, based on experience. W-2 position. Noir Well Health provides all marketing, credentialing, patient referrals, and billing — you focus solely on patient care.
