Civil Design Engineer (EIT)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Design Engineer (EIT) to join a dynamic civil engineering team in Bossier City, Louisiana. This position is ideal for a civil engineer with approximately 2–3 years of practical design experience who is ready to take on increasing responsibility beyond entry-level training. The Civil Design Engineer will contribute to land development, municipal infrastructure, commercial, industrial, institutional, and public works projects with moderate supervision. The role focuses heavily on site grading, stormwater design, hydrology and hydraulics, storm sewer systems, detention ponds, and AutoCAD Civil 3D. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer looking to strengthen technical judgment, gain hands-on project experience, and build the qualifying experience needed to progress toward Professional Engineer (PE) licensure.
