Key Responsibilities:
Provide specialized expertise in GSA EIS ordering, pricing, and service management, ensuring accurate reporting and advising stakeholders on service changes and funding impacts
Develop tracking, reporting, and reconciliation solutions to enhance program workflows and automate data consolidation across various sources
Support financial analysis through invoice validation, billing dispute resolution, and maintenance of cost models for telecom services
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of relevant professional experience, with additional years of experience potentially substituting for the degree requirement
Demonstrated experience with federal telecommunications programs, including GSA EIS and telecom inventory management
Proven ability to manage enterprise-volume telecom inventory across multiple contract vehicles during transitions
Experience developing Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs) and pricing analysis in a federal acquisition context
Ability to build automated data consolidation and reconciliation solutions using scripting or workflow automation platforms
