Water Superintendent

Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day field operations on water and wastewater construction projects Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, equipment, and workforce Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget Maintain quality control and compliance with project specifications Lead site meetings and communicate with project managers, owners, and inspectors Oversee site logistics, scheduling, and production planning Drive safety culture and enforce company and OSHA standards

Qualifications: Experience as a Superintendent on WWTP, WTP, pump station, or municipal utility projects Strong knowledge of civil, mechanical, structural concrete, and process piping scopes Proven ability to manage crews and multiple subcontractors in the field Willingness to travel throughout Florida and the Southeast as needed This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing contractor with a strong backlog of complex water infrastructure projects and long-term career growth potential.
