Metal Machine Operator

What You’ll Be Doing: Set up and operate metal stamping and punch press equipment Work with dies, feeders, and related production equipment Load raw materials and properly position parts for production Monitor machines to ensure safe and efficient operation Inspect finished parts for defects, dimensions, and overall quality Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools Read and follow blueprints, technical drawings, work orders, and specifications Make basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor equipment issues Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic maintenance Complete required production and quality documentation Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements Work with the production team to meet daily quality and production goals

What We’re Looking For: Previous metal stamping, press operation, machine operation, or manufacturing experience preferred Experience with punch presses, stamping presses, dies, or feeders is highly preferred Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, or similar measuring tools Good mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting ability Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a production team High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working around production machinery, metal materials, and industrial equipment Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)Schedule 7:45- 4PMWork Environment This position works in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with production machinery, metal materials, and typical industrial noise levels.
