The Human Resources Leader serves as a strategic partner to Bank leaders, aligningpeoplestrategies with business goals while helping attract, develop, andretainexceptional talent. As a trusted advisor and culture steward, this rolehelps build an environment where employees can thrive and do their best work.
What You'll Do: Alignpeoplestrategies with business goals, promoting a values-drivenemployee experience. Lead recruitment, onboarding, retention, and development. Coach leaders and build high-performing teams. Oversee compensation, benefits, performance management, and succession planning. Advise onemployee relations and employment law compliance.
What We're Looking For: We'reseeking an experienced Human Resources Leaderwho loves connecting with people, supportingand developing rewarding careers, and leading a small but impactful HR team. Qualifications also include: Seven or more years of progressive HR experience withdemonstratedleadership responsibility. Experience in talent acquisition, employee development, compensation, benefits, and employee relations. Knowledge of employment law andHRbest practices; ability to coach leaders and navigateemployee situations. Strong communication, judgment, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification, experience incommunity bankingorfinancial servicespreferred. Experiencefacilitatingonboarding, employee and leadershiptraining, EOS®initiativespreferred.
