Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in Smart Factory, Industry 4.0, or AI-enabled manufacturing
Strong expertise in Azure, data platforms, and AI architecture
Experience leading global teams and driving business growth
Ability to engage at C-level and translate technology into business value
