Custom Computer Programming ServicesComputer Systems Design ServicesHuman Resources Consulting ServicesHR Technology Analyst (Dayforce Preferred) We are seeking an HRIS Analyst to support and optimize our Human Resources Information System, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience with Ceridian Dayforce. This role will serve as a key resource for HR systems administration, reporting, process improvement, and end-user support.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and support the Dayforce HRIS platform, including employee data management and system auditing.
Create, analyze, and distribute HR reports and dashboards.
Troubleshoot system issues and partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT teams to resolve them.
Ensure data integrity through regular audits, testing, and validation.
Support system enhancements, upgrades, implementations, and process improvements.
Assist with configuration changes, security access, and workflow management.
Provide end-user support and training on HRIS processes and functionality.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of HRIS, HR Operations, Payroll Systems, or HR Technology experience.
- Experience with Dayforce strongly preferred.
- Candidates with Workday, UKG, ADP Workforce Now, Oracle HCM, SAP Success
- Factors, or similar HRIS platforms are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with reporting, auditing, and maintaining employee data.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Experience:
Dayforce reporting, configuration, or system administration.
HRIS implementations, upgrades, testing, or system optimization projects.
Knowledge of HR, payroll, benefits, and employee lifecycle processes.
