About Enright Law APC
The best family law attorneys rarely need to look for a job. They’re usually too busy practicing law, serving their clients, and building reputations that speak for themselves. If you’re one of those attorneys—and you’re looking, or simply open to change, for greater autonomy, stronger support, meaningful flexibility, and the opportunity to help shape something exceptional—we’d love to talk.
Family Law for Modern Families
Family Law for Modern Families isn't just our tagline—it's how we practice.
We believe modern families deserve attorneys who communicate clearly, think strategically, embrace technology, and provide practical legal guidance through some of life's most difficult transitions. Exceptional advocacy and genuine compassion are not mutually exclusive—they are both essential.
We've built our firm around that philosophy by creating an environment where attorneys are trusted to exercise sound judgment, supported by experienced professionals, and empowered with the systems and technology to focus on what matters most: delivering outstanding representation and exceptional client experiences.
Enright Law APC is a growing California and Washington family law firm built differently from the traditional model. We are remote-first by design and give experienced attorneys the trust, flexibility, technology, and operational support to focus on practicing law and delivering exceptional client service. We value ownership over micromanagement, collaboration over hierarchy, and long-term excellence over short-term volume.
Role Description:
You'll independently manage a sophisticated family law caseload while having the support and infrastructure needed to focus on practicing at a high level.
Your work will include:
Managing divorce, custody, support, domestic violence, property division, and post-judgment matters
Developing case strategy and advising clients through complex legal issues
Drafting pleadings, motions, declarations, and settlement agreements
Conducting discovery and managing litigation deadlines
Negotiating with opposing counsel
Appearing at hearings, mediations, depositions, settlement conferences, and trial
Providing thoughtful, practical legal advice while maintaining exceptional client communication
Why Enright Law?
Joining Enright Law means joining a firm intentionally built to support exceptional attorneys.
We offer:
Remote-first flexibility with optional office access
Meaningful ownership over your caseload and legal strategy
Direct access to firm leadership
Strong paralegal, billing, administrative, and operational support
Modern technology and streamlined systems
A collaborative culture without micromanagement
High-quality, sophisticated family law matters
Opportunities to mentor, lead, and grow with the firm
A quality-driven practice—not a high-volume case mill
A firm where your ideas genuinely influence the future of the organization
Who Thrives Here:
Our most successful attorneys take ownership, prepare thoroughly, communicate proactively, and remain calm under pressure.
They enjoy solving complex legal problems, understand that family law requires both legal skill and emotional intelligence, and care deeply about their clients without losing sight of the strategy needed to achieve the best possible outcome.
Qualifications: Required
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
Active Washington State Bar membership in good standing
Minimum of five years of Washington family law experience
Proven ability to independently manage family law matters from intake through resolution
Strong courtroom advocacy, legal writing, negotiation, and litigation skills
Experience handling custody, support, domestic violence, property division, and related family law matters
Excellent client communication and professional judgment
Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote-first environment
Strong organizational skills and comfort with modern legal technology
Preferred
Certified Family Law Specialist (CFLS)
Trial experience
Experience mentoring junior attorneys
Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive compensation package designed to support both your professional success and personal well-being.
Competitive base salary
Performance-based bonus opportunities
100% employer-paid Medical, Dental and Vision insurance for employees
401(k) with employer match
Unlimited PTO
Paid firm holidays
CLE and professional development support
Technology and remote-work support
Leadership and advancement opportunities as the firm continues to grow
Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and anticipated responsibilities.
