Customer Service Rep I - Dallas

Work Week: Thursday- Monday Shift Time: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM Work Week: Sunday - Thursday

Key Responsibilities: Answer and route internal and external calls. Document and dispatch work requests. Monitor alarms, gates, doors, parking intercoms, and CCTV.Support patient transport coordination. Assist with departmental projects and process improvements. Handle customer inquiries and resolve conflicts professionally. Perform administrative tasks using Microsoft Office.

Required Skills: Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong written and verbal English communication.

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED.At least 1 year of administrative support or customer service experience. Healthcare, call center, or dispatch experience preferred.
