Corporate Counsel, Derivatives & Regulation

Draft Kings is seeking a Corporate Counsel to build the legal framework for our regulated DKeX marketplace. You will advise on Commodity Exchange Act and CFTC matters, draft policies, and support product, engineering, and operations teams in launching regulated products and services. You will bring a JD with at least five years of regulatory experience in financial services or derivatives, and partner across functions to translate complex rules into practical business guidance.
