Strategic Beverage Operations Director

Pechanga Resort Casino in Temecula, CA seeks a Director of Beverage to oversee all beverage outlets, coordinate operations, and lead strategies for quality, cost control, and inventory. This role sets objectives for growth and ensures adherence to PRC standards. The Director will develop budgets, manage labor and costs, coordinate with Food & Beverage for events, review product offerings, and lead training and HR initiatives. Travel and nights/weekends may be required.
