Tile & Flooring InstallerSteady Work • Pre-Sold Jobs • Must Have Your Own Truck, Tools & HelperWe're a busy home remodeling company looking for an experienced Tile & Flooring Installer who takes pride in doing clean, professional work.We have steady residential remodeling projects throughout Broward and Palm Beach Counties, including bathrooms, kitchens, living areas and whole-home flooring projects.Our flooring work includes luxury vinyl plank, waterproof rigid-core flooring and other residential flooring products, along with tile installations. We're looking for someone who can handle the job from preparation through the finished product.What You'll Be DoingInstall ceramic and porcelain tileInstall bathroom and shower tileInstall luxury vinyl plank and rigid-core flooringInstall flooring in kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areasRemove existing flooring when requiredPrepare, patch and level subfloors as neededProperly lay out flooring and tile for a professional appearanceInstall transitions, baseboards, trim and other finishing piecesMake accurate cuts around walls, cabinets, doors, plumbing and other obstaclesComplete tile grout, caulking and finish workProtect the customer's home and keep the jobsite cleanWork with your helper to complete projects efficientlyCoordinate with other remodeling trades when necessaryWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for an experienced installer who can walk into a job, understand what needs to be done and get the work completed correctly without being micromanaged.You must have:Proven experience installing tile and/or residential flooringStrong knowledge of tile installation and/or luxury vinyl flooringExperience with bathroom and kitchen remodeling is a plusAbility to properly prepare and evaluate subfloorsAbility to make clean, accurate cutsGood layout and attention to detailYour own reliable helperYour own truckYour own professional toolsReliable transportationAbility to work cleanly inside occupied homesProfessional appearance and attitudeGood communication with homeowners and our officeAbility to show up on time and complete jobs as scheduledThe Right PersonWe want someone who understands that installation quality finished floor needs to be straight, properly aligned and professionally finished. Tile needs consistent spacing, clean cuts and quality grout and caulk work.
