About the Role: The Company is seeking a President to lead a specialty retail business with a strong community presence and a focus on authentic, high-quality health and wellness products. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader with a background in specialty retail, consumer products, or food and wellness distribution, and must be fluent in Mandarin and English, with Cantonese being a strong plus. This role is pivotal in the transition to employee ownership, and the President will be responsible for full P&L management, business strategy, and operations.
