Lead Design Engineer InP Lasers

Coherent Corp. is looking for a Lead Engineer to design and develop high-power InP-based semiconductor lasers for high-speed data communication. This role involves technical leadership, device development, and cross-functional coordination. Candidates should have an MSEE in Electrical Engineering or Physics, with 3–5 years of industry experience. Strong understanding of semiconductor physics and hands-on experience in device characterization is essential. The position is full-time and on-site in Fremont, California.
