Supporting a leading life sciences client, the full-time Associate Maintenance & Reliability Engineer will develop and implement a comprehensive spare parts program while working in a hybrid environment based in Rahway, NJ or Elkton, VA.
Key responsibilities: Support the development and implementation of a site-wide spare parts program for various assets Perform critical spare parts analyses to identify recommended inventory based on equipment criticality and operational requirements Enter and maintain spare parts master data within the client's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Required qualifications: Bachelor's or Associate degree in a STEM field or trade certification in a related discipline Ability to interpret equipment drawings, OEM manuals, and Bills of Materials (BOMs) Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel Experience in maintenance, reliability, or spare parts management is preferred
