We are seeking a strategic Director of Finance on the shoreline. You will lead accounting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Budgeting: Guide the yearly budget process across all departments. Cash Flow: Manage daily cash flow and monitor company investments. KPI Dashboards: Build tracking tools for sales performance and inventory margins. Compliance: Make sure all financial practices follow local and federal tax laws. Team Leadership: Manage and train the accounting and payroll staff. System Upgrades: Help choose and set up new accounting and inventory software.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.

Experience: 5+ years of financial management experience. Building supply or retail industry experience is a big plus.

Skills: Expert in Microsoft Excel and modern Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools. Leadership: Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team.
