Overview: In this role, you will lead a liability claims team to deliver high-quality, efficient service. You'll guide adherence to GB's Best Practices and drive talent through hiring and coaching, shaping team performance. You'll manage workloads, set goals, and leverage Gallagher's technology to heighten efficiency and service quality. You'll liaise with clients, carriers, and brokers to maintain proactive, professional communication. Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a liability claims team across varying caseloads to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Guide claims handling to align with GB's Best Practices
  • Lead hiring and training to foster performance and continuous improvement
  • Define team goals and manage workloads to maximize efficiency
  • Leverage Gallagher's technology to boost team productivity and service quality
  • Maintain professional, proactive communication with clients, carriers, and brokers
  • Identify coaching opportunities and develop team members for advancement
Key requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 10 years related claims experience
  • Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled2–3+ years supervisory leadership experience
  • Knowledge of all team member related functionsstrong communicationcoaching and mentorshipleadership and team developmentmulti-tasking and prioritizationclient-facing professionalism
