Senior Highway Program Manager (Design-Build & P3)

Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson (JMT) seeks a Project/Program Manager for our Richmond, VA highways team to lead marketing, development, and management of project objectives, scopes, schedules, and budgets for roadway programs and standalone projects. The role requires ABET engineering degree, PE license, 15+ years in transportation disciplines, and familiarity with VDOT design criteria and CADD tools such as Open Roads Designer or Micro Station.
