Remote Entry-Level Agent

Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email, ensuring clear and courteous communication. Assist clients with account information, product details, billing questions, and technical issues using internal systems. Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer requests, promote relevant services or products, and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Maintain accurate records of interactions through data entry and documentation, ensuring all client information is up-to-date and organized. Provide solutions to customer problems by analyzing issues carefully, demonstrating strong customer service problem-solving skills. Manage multiple tasks efficiently while adhering to call center protocols and phone etiquette standards. Support team efforts by sharing insights on client needs and contributing to process improvements for better service delivery.

Requirements: Fluency in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a diverse client base. Prior experience in customer support, call center roles, or client services is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities. Technical proficiency and basic computer skills. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle data entry accurately and efficiently. Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting with reliable internet access. Ability to manage outbound calling campaigns confidently while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Experience in sales or cash handling is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm for engaging with clients is essential.
