Livewell Animal Urgent Care of Henrico seeks a Founding Partner & Lead Veterinarian to establish a full-service urgent care hospital with extended hours, advanced diagnostics, and in-house surgery under one roof. You will mentor staff, shape medical culture, and drive business success as an owner within the Livewell network. You will recruit and lead veterinarians and supporting teams, set standards of care, and collaborate with management on financial performance and growth strategies for
