Key responsibilities:
Review and verify technical documents for grammatical accuracy, formatting, and compliance with style guides and industry standards
Perform content audits and validations across document versions to ensure alignment with source data and product updates
Develop and maintain QA checklists and content approval workflows while identifying documentation quality issues and recommending corrective actions
Required qualifications:
Minimum of a 2-year degree or equivalent experience
3+ years' experience in quality assurance for technical documentation or publication development
Knowledge of technical writing standards and familiarity with S1000D and/or MIL-STD-40051 standards
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and version control tools
US Citizenship is required for this role
