Dutiesandresponsibilitiesinclude, butarenotlimitedto, thefollowing: Asset Protection&Controls Ensureallcompanyassetsareproperlysafeguardedandthateffectiveinternalcontrolsareestablishedandmaintained. Quality Assurance Ensuretheplantconsistentlyproducescode-compliant, high-qualityhomes. Conductperiodicinspectionsofplantoutputtovalidateadherencetoqualitystandards. Business Planning&Execution Collaboratewithdepartmentheadstodeveloptheannualbusinessplannarrative. Ensureoperationsarealignedwithandmeetbusinessplanobjectivesonadaily, weekly, monthly, andannualbasis. Regulatory Compliance Maintainfullcompliancewithalllocal, state, andfederallawsandregulations, includingthoserelatedtoproductconstruction, employeehealthandsafety, andrecordkeeping. Team Leadership&Development Ensureemployeesarecompetentandalignedwithcompanycorevalues. Conductannualperformancereviewsfordirectreportsandadministercompensationfairlyandequitablybasedonperformance. Customer Engagement Activelycultivateandmaintainstrongcustomerrelationships. Regularlyvisitcustomerstoensuresatisfactionandthatcompanyoperatingobjectivesarebeingmet. Legal&Risk Management Coordinatewiththe Regional Vice President(RVP)and Cavco Compliance Departmentregardinganypotentialoractuallegalmatters, includingservice-relatedissues. Promptlyreportandforwardanylegaldocumentsreceivedforproperhandlingandrecordkeeping. Reviewmonthlybudgetversusactualperformancewithdepartmentheadstoensurealignmentandmaximizeprofitability. Identifyissues, implementcorrectiveactions, andensureappropriatefollow-up. Leadership&Culture Process Improvement Establishhighexpectationsthroughstrongprocessesacrossallareasofmanagement.
