Preconstruction Executive

What you'll be doing: • Lead major projects from early pursuit through contract execution• Oversee preconstruction strategy, estimating, budgeting and procurement• Lead, mentor and develop preconstruction/project development teams• Work directly with owners, architects and key project stakeholders• Drive pursuit strategy and help secure new work• Influence how the business continues to grow across Charlotte• Take ownership of large, complex commercial projects Who we're looking for: You'll likely have 10+ years' experience with a commercial General Contractor, with a strong background in preconstruction and a track record of leading both major projects and people. We're particularly interested in individuals who combine strong technical preconstruction experience with leadership, client relationships and business development ability. Why this one?
