Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Employer type: ABA / autism therapy. Pay published for this role: $22 to $24 an hour. What the work involves: Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)$22.50–$23.50/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive $19.00 for each billable client hour worked$17.00/hour paid for all non-billable training and administrative time Candidates with an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a $200-bonus on their first paycheck Fully paid training — no experience required Apply here and our team will look at your background and introduce you to the employer directly.
