Associate Attorney - Estate Planning

Responsibilities: Advise clients regarding estate planning, trust administration, and uncontested probate matters Prepare estate planning documents, including trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and advance health care directives Prepare probate and trust administration pleadings and filings Work directly with clients, fiduciaries, accountants, and financial advisors
