Job Description: We are currently hiring Automotive Assembly Associates to join a growing manufacturing team in Sterling Heights. This position involves assembling automotive components in a fast-paced production environment.

Location: Sterling Heights, MI (Near 18 Mile Road & Van Dyke)

Shift Options & Pay:1st Shift6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.$15.50 per hour3rd Shift6:00 p.m. – 2:30 a.m.$15.50 per hour plus $1.50 shift premium Total pay: $17.00 per hour Pay Increase: Employees receive a $2.00 per hour raise after 3 months.

Responsibilities:

Assemble automotive parts and components according to work instructions
Install clips, bolts, fasteners, wiring, and other components
Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
Use basic hand and power tools as needed
Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to all safety and quality procedures

Requirements:

Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail and quality
Reliable transportation and good attendance
