Coverage NeededASAP - ongoing Schedule10 days in a row stretch includinga weekend. and weekend 24 hour call. Rotating 1:3 week day call Outpatient clinic Monday thru Thursday 8-4:30; Friday 8-2:00and weekend 24 hour call. Rotating 1:3 week day call Clinical Details Looking for Locum Vascular Surgeons willing to see clinic patients, read vascular studies, and operate as necessary Avg. patients/physician/day: Inpatient: varies Clinic: 10-20 depending on provider
Requirements: Board certified - vascular surgerySC licenseSC CDS and DEAProcedures required:
  • Open and endo AAA (open rare/never, would likely only be emergent hemodynamically unstable rupture patient with no endo option)TCAR, CEALower extremity angio/angioplasty/stenting, intra-arterial catheter directed lysis
  • Femoral endarterectomy, lower extremity open bypass (vein, cadaver vein, prosthetic)
  • Lower/upper extremity thrombectomy
  • Fistulogram and fistula declot
  • Central line, tunneled and non-tunneledDVT mechanical thrombectomyIVC filter placement
  • CallWe will add the locums provider to the call schedule following a 1:3 rotation when he/she becomes available
  • Support Staff
  • Midlevel support available Monday " Friday 7 am " 3 pmEMREpic
