Director, Microgrid Controls & Protection Remote + Equity

Nscale is seeking a Director for Generation Controls, Protection, and Automation to lead the hardware-in-the-loop, modeling, and control philosophy for multi-gigawatt microgrid systems at our Houston campuses. You will drive design, testing, and deployment of islanded power systems that balance AI workloads with grid stability. You will guide a team of engineers, coordinate with OEMs and EPCs, and ensure robust OT/ICS security, SCADA interfaces, and rigorous validation before energization.
