Key responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and supervise non-clinical staff to maintain high performance and engagement Coordinate daily operational activities, including scheduling and resource allocation, to ensure efficient workflow Implement and monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies within non-clinical areas
Required qualifications: 4 years of work experience, including healthcare experience 3 years of customer service or relevant work experience 1 year of supervisory or lead experience Experience with healthcare information systems and electronic health records (EHR) B.A. or B.S. in a related field
