Duties:

Navigate merger review processes before the DOJ and FTC.Coordinate multi-jurisdictional filings.
Conduct antitrust due diligence.
Advise clients on competition-related risks in mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
Collaborate with clients across various industries, including technology and healthcare.
Requirements:
2-4 years of antitrust and competition law experience.
Experience with Hart-Scott-Rodino filings and Second Requests.
Substantive antitrust analysis of mergers and acquisitions.
Familiarity with government investigations and enforcement proceedings.
Ability to manage multiple matters effectively.
Excellent analytical, research, writing, and communication skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
Certifications:
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction. Skills Strong analytical and research abilities.
