Junior Sales Associate

What You’ll Do: Support face-to-face customer engagement and sales Introduce customers to available products and services Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate options Assist with customer acquisition and new sales Work toward individual and team sales goals Track customer interactions and sales results Participate in ongoing sales, communication, and leadership training Learn how to organize priorities and contribute to team performance

What We’re Looking For: Previous sales experience is helpful but not required. Training and ongoing coaching areprovided. Professional Development This role is designed to provide practical experience beyond day-to-day sales responsibilities. Schedule: Daytime schedule with some flexibility based on campaign needs Work Setting: In-person

Experience Level: Entry level; training provided

Compensation: $18-$23 hourly pay w/ opportunity for commission bonuses
