Monitors payer performance and conducts external market analyses to inform strategic decisions regarding program development and rate methodologies
Serves as a primary contact for contract interpretation and reimbursement issues, coordinating financial reporting related to Managed Care Operations
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required
5-7 years of experience in healthcare analytics, database management, and managed care reimbursement
Master's degree (MBA, MHS, or related) preferred
Knowledge of healthcare delivery settings, clinical data management, and health care insurance required
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access
