Estimating Manager & Preconstruction Lead (Remote)

Haskell is seeking a seasoned estimating leader to manage Estimating personnel and develop detailed, accurate cost estimates for preconstruction. The role drives preconstruction standards and collaborates with design teams and clients to align on scope, budgets, and risk management. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Construction Management or equivalent with 5 years of estimating experience, and experience with CMAR/Design-Build delivery.
