Remote Loan Repayment Advisor - Student Worker

Grand Canyon University seeks a Loan Repayment Advisor in its University Financial Aid department to help lower the university's Cohort Default Rate. The role focuses on counseling students on federal loan repayment, postponement options, and maintaining confidentiality while delivering excellent customer service. This remote position is based at your own location but must be within 30 miles of the Phoenix campus; hours are Mon–Fri 8:00am–6:00pm Arizona Time.
