Bilingual Sales Support Representative

Position Qualifications and Requirements: ·3+ years customer service experience with a strong background in sales·Outbound phone sales to existing customers, database contacts, trade show leads (international and domestic), and other targeted prospects·Ability to identify new growth opportunities with existing customers·Willingness to learn the industry and determine new potential markets and customers·Technical aptitude to provide training, support, troubleshooting, and application assistance·Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Spanish required·Day-to-day sales support for our Colombia-based sales team and their efforts promoting our business in Latin America·Knowledge and/or experience in international trading and international sales administrative activities is a strong plus·Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and in using a CRM·Willing to travel, on a limited basis, domestically and internationally·Must be legally authorized to work in the USWhat We Offer·Competitive compensation plan - salary and bonus plan·Company benefits including health, vision, dental and 401KAdditional Information·Position is full time and is based in Clearwater, FL\nCompany
